Upgrading FW1.5 to FW4.01

Hello,

I need some assistance to upgrade from FW1.50 to FW4.01.

When I download FW401 and place into PSP folder; I receive an error
message (8002001) everytime I start the upgrade hence the upgrade doesn't work.

I've ensured there is a % at the end of the folder name; but still have the
same issue.

Any ideas?
