I have been converting VCDs to DVDs using the methods outlined in this site. Unfortunately, the product of my efforts are DVDs that will play in DVD players but do not fast forward or rewind. I have asked many people how to solve this problem and so far I all I have recieved is nonsense and obfuscation.

How do I get the DVD movies that I make to fast forward and rewind?

I am burning with Nero.
