(YOU NEED CUSTOM FIRMWARE!)

Ok, first you need to download hellcats flash recovery.
(always get newest verison)
DOWNLOAD LINK


easy list on what to do...

1. place the RECOVERY folder in ms0/PSP/Game/recovery
2. Download either Official sony update 3.71.pbp or 4.01.pbp...Search google
3. rename the .pbp as either 371.pbp or 401.pbp and put in RECOVERY folder
4. go to the recovery menu by turning on your psp holding the R button
5. click "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.pbp"
6. Press " I agree"
7. click "Flash new 3.71 M33-4" or "Flash new 4.01 M33-2"
8. press "Reset..."
9. wait....
10. if psp restarts and asks you for language, you have done this correctly!
