all my channels have gone black since yesterday :( theres also a message on a new channle that says security fraud message!! i cant only seem to get up normal channles like bbc1 2 ect can any one plz help a damsel in distress

Try switching the box off, unplugging for a minute then plug it back in switch on and wait for update on a scrambled channel.

Hi
If it didn't work you need to install the Firmware onto the box. Version 4.506 is the latest and will need loading on again even if that version is already installed. To find your present installed firmware version press Menu/System Setup/System Information.

Version 4.506 Oct it is in the 'eko.4shared' link below,
Goto the TheBox PVR Folder for F/W and Documentation Folder for How too's

I have had the same problem..

Loaded the latest firmware, rescanned channels, auto update is ON and it still says bad/scrambled channel.

please help
