I am using Ixtreame 1.41 with iprep with the update. I am also doing this with a floppy disc because i cannot get my computer capable to flash with Usb to read the benq. I go through all the steps and then it says writing 0.. ok then 1...ok then 2...ok then 3...ok like its suppossed to and then i get a screen that says ORG.bin file is not 256 kbsprogram aborted! Please help me!!

yea im in the same situation
i used firmtool to make new firmware
and tried fben and it didnt work it said wrong size
and then it had already ereased the firmware on the cd drive so my via chip wont detect it
i tried starting it on my tv, and i just get the red ring of death

did i brick it?

what should i do?
