I have a MS28 360 that has previously been able to read my backups (all Verbatims, 2.4X burned) that during last week I had some of the newer backups not being read while the older ones were being read just fine. I adjusted the POT settings from 4400 to about 3800 for the laser and it was working fine with the newer backups until today when it would not read my newer backups, but still can read my old backups.

Should I pot tweak it again or is the laser really dying and I need a replacement?

Oh, if it's a laser problem, is there a guide that I can use?

Your drive is in the stages of failing and reading no media at all. Good luck because, your drive won't be around for long. I'd recommend investing in a drive now whey you still can play something on it.

sounds like ur len is dying off. just buy a new drive on ebay for 30 dollars or buy the len's part for only 10 dollars.

Just dump the firmware again and copy the key from it. Your original key is still in the hacked firmware.
