I am trying to find a racing game where you can customize vehicles. I liked NFS: Most Wanted because you could change the paint, hood scoops, body kits, and many other customizabilities, new word I guess lol. Anyway, I want to find something along that line.

I just played MC LA last night. Boy, it's a really good game, as you would expect with MC. It's fun, fast, and difficult!
The best racing game to come out in the past month.

wow, way to offer some really good information/reasons on why its so 'bad.'
i however, thought the game was pretty good. to short in my opinion though, only took a couple of days to beat the whole story mode, now its time to go back and finish all the races though.

I've seen plenty of one word comments from you buddy. Just because you're an 'afterdawn addict' (oooo) doesn't mean you can criticise other people's opinions and the way they wish to express it.
