I turned off my wii (game disc inside) using the power button on my wiimote and 4 hours later I looked at my Wii and saw the lights of the CD drive flashing and the drive itself making a noise. I turned on my TV and it appeared that the Wii, as I expected, was not on.

My Wii still works, but this occurrence has left me puzzled and scared.

Can someone please explain to me what this means?
