difference's

1.the memory card does not come with the arcade anymore it has been replaced with INTERNAL 256MB.
2.boat CPU and GPU are 65nm
3.the power brick is 150w

Got mine today,pretty nice I must say,I think the PSU lost about 10 pounds.The Acrade is 199. US dollars
It does have internal Memory also.

All u need to do is make sure its an arcade version, Lot#843 & aboce with atleast MF date of August 08 and above.
The power brick will tell you 150W, prev 2 were (Original 205) i think & 175w for the most current.

Personally theres not MUCH differance between jasper & Zephyr. Its just a supposed SMALLER 65nm gpu. If u mod your 360 I highly recomend using Copper Memory Heatsink or the ones they sell on llama which are expensive for just 1. The bad thing on Zephyr is the e74 code NOT the rrod. Which in tell u need to put some heatsinks on. ALso invest in a dremmel, cut out the back grills and side ones opposite HD,and sit it on a laptop cooler. then your set.
