hey just got my xbox today And the person said that I have got 1 month free xbox live. Is that when I first sign up or is it a some paper because I dont think I can find it. i got the premium one 60gb.

yes when you sign up to xbox live... everybody gets it ... 1month free

because i put my email address which is an hotmail & pass and its loggs me in. I think becuase I played Shadowrun live on the computer so its logging me in to there. I havnt got a game xbox live yet so will that be all good? would I be able to vs people online because I dont think this first month not active. where do You find out if I have gold?

every silver member at first gets 1 month of gold membership to test it and if you like it you can upgrade to GOLD but if you don't you remain with the silver membership

so are you saying once I have a xbox live game i will be able to vs people online because I signed up today. Its just very confusing its saying silver not gold. maybe when im in a game it starts from that day?
