Xbox Backup Creator 2.8 Read Errors

Hi All, first time poster some info needed!

I am using Xbox backup creator 2.8 to read some backup xbox360 games to keep them on hard drive. The backups work fine in the xbox but have read errors when using XBC and Img burn. XBC says fill sectors with zero's, will this affect the game when played on the xbox?
