hi i got a new dvd drive Hitachi model GDR-3120L swaped the boards from my old drive which had the unplayable error the disc would spin stop spin again it cant be the motor and its not the Magnet cause the dvd drive is a new one now so im thing it the board it self can some one help and maybe how to fix it.

sorry but i need to ask ok i tried to fix maybe 10 or more 360. i spent to much thinking i can be joe fix it with the 360. really want learn to fix these so can fixs my bro but i suck at it now do really have to remove both heat sinks or just the flat one i've tried the heat gun and xclamp, reflow and what chip do realy need to focus on. is it me or are these guides full of it im realy mad im about to give up i smash one 360 ran the xclamp on it. it the rrod and when i was done it had the rrod still and fan stop working i need help bad
