Now it?s calmed down a bit in here with all the code Questions I have a tech question , If I have a signal coming in to a property and its giving me a full TV signal , Can this be split to put a modem in line as well , The reason I ask is that I have done this and yes the TV signal i.e.: a box is on all channels but I cannot get the modem to get past the receive light, Any help guys is appreciated ,
It?s been entertaining reading the last couple of days if nothing else LOL
That will be fine if you subscribe to your provider and pay for the BB, Modems work in a different way to such as eurovox/starview, it's called handshaking, if your not paying you wont get your BB, well you wont legitimately. BTW how to is not allowed on this Forum.
Sorry if you misunderstand what i have asked , I have a genuine cable box and a genuine modem but not at the same address , Trying to use the modem at another address that has cable tv. But you have answered the question so thank you , Much Appreciated
Sorry i don,t quite understand that last statement "How To" Not Allowed
