4th time of trying downloaded fw yet again loaded it to box turn emu on defult key so on and so forth and nowt still goes updateing 10%........150% and restarts over and over tryed on sly sports discovery mtv same again and again

Tried a factory reset and tried updating on another channel. Same goes to 150% tries conencting to the channel and loops back again. Any suggestions?

Just tryed the factory reset, rescanned all channels, emu on etc. still trys to update to 200% at times. So no joy im affraid.

Try this,
Menu > 1570
Turn emu OFF & exit to a channel
After about 15 secs, go back into the CAS menu
Set default key first
Turn emu ON
Exit out to a channel, if it still doesnt update, turn the b0x off at the back for a min then turn back on & let it update.

Sorry to say aftyer so many attempts now of trying this new fw it dont work at all resetted to factory settings god knows how many times now re flashed ect ect ect ect and gone thru every combo ways of setting it up to still no joy im about given up untill someone who ACTUALY owns a starview 3 box confirms its actualy work with this fw without haveing to put codes in or fanny about i will try again but ive lost all hope atm with this fw

Tried your suggestion, same goes to data is being updated goes to 120% tries connecting to the channel ssp1 and loops back to data is being updated..
Tried a factory reset as well.

right put in new software at time of doing keys changed again when but in said updating do not go on had to put keys in manual to get back on is new fix working or not will it knock on again or will stay on while others go off anybody know?

hi guys same here im afraid, theres just been arole and i saw the new firmware on here so flashed box with it but it wont work?
also why is it dated the july date?

karl has no reason to test the firmware as he is in Ireland!!!
The latest firmware is for the SV3 uk.
Dont be coming on here slagging off members who give up their free time 365 days a year to help others.
If you`re not happy, Go Elsewhere!!

well im afraid to say there is defently something wrong either with the FW or virgin has changed there encryption again .. im saying its something todo with the fw as its not even changed version numbers or date just put in a folder with todays date ..... IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO DOES THIS TYPE OF BOX REGUALY GOT IT TO WORK WITH THIS FW AS YET OR IS IT JUST HOPES AND DREAMS ATM!!!!!

hi i have a differnt firmware for starview 3 from who i bought the box from... Only prob is i need a cable to connect this cable that came supplied with the box...
i would be grateful if u could tell me if this works

Then, you blaming another users of doing something wrong even some of them have ?quite experience? in whatever DVB questions but marked as ?newbie? without any reason. And how is it possible to give any advice if not having right information in the first place?
