Who have I blamed on what??? Get your facts right.
Every firmware that was put in eamos library has ALWAYS worked!!
I`ve already told you I havent tested the firmware as i`m in Ireland!!

sorry for asking a silly question, but this is my first time doing this.
Do i just connect the box and PC using the cable (or do i also need any other special software?). and then just open the file and click on download? Is this right. Will appreciate your help.

For your Information some 8888 any advice we post on this site has been tried and tested we are not in the habit of posting sound advice unless its been tried out before hand as Noel was telling you we are in Ireland, and therefore are not in a position to test that latest firmware for ourselves, as its only the UK that was effected, but were told by reliable people that it works and we posted that in good faith, if you feel you can do better then find this info out for yourself, dont take our word for it, we are here to help the majority of posters, and take offence to individuals like yourself coming on here and slagging the seniors off!!!

Post edited and pics made to links.
Oh and no need to shout. Let's move that pinky and turn OFF the caps lock.

@ Dave1981,
How do you know the firmware you just used wont kill your b0x?
It hasnt been given the Go ahead from anyone here on the forum.
I wouldnt use it myself if i was in the uk until it got the go ahead from our reliable sources.
