I'm confused, theres a dave1981 on here saying it works fine with the link from sacco_uk, but then theres noelyf saying its has been tried and tested. SO WHAT DO WE DO (sorry for caps) ???????????

try the one by the mods first and u will find out for yourself i know what works haveing spending most the day messing bout trying this trying that then sacco comes to the rescue with a fw that i know defently works on a genuine starview 3 box so its totaly upto you to take my advice on good faithor stick to what the mods say what todo..

I havent said its been tried & tested!!
The 8.00 in eamos has been tried & tested.

Yes for now I can confirm that firs f/w not working as well, with second link can confirm next day

Thanks to everyone for their help,we're all in this together, so if you have to try one or two things before you get the right answer so be it. This is my first post but i'll certainly be using the site more regularly.I also have a dbox2 but that can wait till tomorrow.Anyway thanks again everyone.

all im getting are free to air channels and liverpool fc channel emu is on,cant think what else to do

HI Liam 1639, i tried that weblink says the following....The file link that you requested is not valid.
but from an ealier message is in fourm i downloaded GTRom_Super_8.02e, and followed instructions but flash fails everytime. I take it digi box has to be in standby mode
