ok firstly dont close this please.

i just need some help because i havent got a clue with these boxes.ive got a starview super box and its gone down. i know theres a update but i dont know how to do it . do i need to connect it to a pc or what ? can someone please give me a small idiots guide on how to update it or enter the codes or whatever to fix this
