Need help w/ XBC error messages

I tried to backup Smackdown and I got an error message to the effect of "a read error has occurred: \video.dat"

I am trying to backup Lego Indy, and I just got the same error for "\audio\_music\RA_caferaven_C_qui.xma"


Can anyone offer me some advice on what I could possibly be doing wrong?
