Right somebody please scouser ur the one to help....I've downloaded file digivox_z20070101_v2500_api.bin from the above link, I followed the instructions on the tutorial turn off pc, digivox etc insert cable turn on digivox so on and so forth...when i turn on digivox the channels that work ie e4 etc come on or whatever i was watching and wen i click on the file it comes up damaged or wrong format.
Please anyone help i'm going mental without my digibox working.
If anyone has working copy of the files please send them to my e mail thats shown earlier on the forum otherwise advise would be very welcome.

Hey ScOuser. I have been trawling through all the links etc and have searched Eamo's library. Is there new software for the Silver and black Digivox. V2800 is currently installed but most channels are scrambled. I have tried leaving on Discovery, then BBC etc.. no joy. Is there new software I should be using?

Hi Elsie
There is a fix for the digivox and it works fine, you will find it here

I also use a digivox with v4000 firmware and used the UK fix digivox_z_v4200_api.zip there is also a fix for digivox XL

hi lads my sister got a digivox xl and all channels gone i have tried getting the firm ware on eamos library and i cannot open the bin file is there any where or way i can get it [i also got the firmware for the eurovoxmax v and the 5000 from 4share and they work perfectly with the guide that HiTeck helped me with]

you need the loader to load the bin onto the box. it should be in the same folder at http://eko.4shared.com

thanks for the help steo but your talking to a complete novice how in gods name do i get it to open it just keeps tellin me do i want to open it or save it or run it ive been trying to do them all since 4o clock today just cant figure it out ps. im on nthell dublin 24 with thanks in advance

ok no problem.
download this: http://www.4shared.com/file/73877283/fb2..._v1240_api.html and unzip it (right click and extract) it's the latest bin file.
then get this loader : http://www.4shared.com/file/41965575/d5b...wnloader10.html
connect the box to the computer with the null modem cable
open the loader browse and select the bin file and press download.
it should start also it has to be switched on to accept the file.
Consoles:
XBOX360 Falcon console with Lite-On 74850C
PS3 80gb phat model with 120gb hdd
PS3 60gb model

sorry steo thanks for the help but i cannot get it to work i must be thick as a couple or a lot of short planks every time it tells me run save or cancel cannot even get to the down load stage where do i un zip it and how

when it says run or save press save and save it somewhere you'll remember. go there and open the downloader10 file and select the bin you want to write to the box. if the file is .zip you need to extract the files. if your computers newer you can right click on the file and press extract here. than you browse in downloader10 to the bin file and select it.

Hey Daylitex. Many thanks for your response. Is there a new secret code? i.e. when I highlighted 'systems info' and inputted '1004' - nothing happening so I could not access secret menu to enable me to switch 'emu' to 'on'. Any help would be much appreciated.

Since Last post I have got EMU On. I rescanned all channels. All appeared, however most are still scrambled. Is there anything else I can do. Version 4200 is now installed. Is there a channel I should go to and wait... In the meantime, I am going through them one by one. PS I am in Dublin area, does this make a difference?

strange it has not worked for you, if you go here you will find codes
try manually putting in the codes for your SP in for your area, I use a digivox and s/v box and the codes are the same. *link to codes removed*

in irl the v4200 has problems updating,i tried it and dont like it and gone back to manual input for the time being,whereas the xl for black box does the business,would like to see the numbers changed on silver box as who is going to remember all those high numbers lol.
as these fixes were for uk problem .if u flash ur box with firmware and it does not update and u enter manual data u may stop box from updating alltogether.it needs to update itself.

Hey Cactikid, thanks a mill for input. What do you suggest for silver digivox in Irl? Ver 4200 now installed. Should I revert to 2800 and manually input C*d*s?. Thanks again for all your help.

v2.800 will be seek and enter when they roll,as u have v4.200 on it just find a channel that it will update on and when new one comes u can redo with new firmware.

hi guys im stumped on this 1 i have 2black an silver digivox both flashed wit 4200 1 box is fine but the other1 wont respond to the remote wen i switch it on the display goes through the motions ie (boot,f-oo etc) then it sticks with on displayed and no output to tv ?????.ive tried bad flash method no joy put 400 back on put 4200 back on still same result any advice greatly accepted

no not the xl wen i turn on the box the display says (boot,f-oo etc)
and stops wen it reaches on then nothing happens, the other box wen it reaches that point it counts up an then goes to the last station it was on no prob.
