Flashing the Xbox 360?

Hi everyone, i want to flash my xbox 360 Benq (its not the lite-on) drive, i have iPrep and have my flash stick already to go, only problem is i dont have a Pci SATA card, i only have the sata ports installed in my mobo, btw i have a ASUS M2NPV-MX,

This motherboard has the NVIDIA GeForce 6150 + nForce 430 chipset, which i read on a website that sais any nForce motherboards can flash the Benq drive, when i go to iprep, the only thing i have is an IDE controller with the port number FFE0, but i think i need a sata controller,
but im not sure if i can have a sata controller if its in the mobo
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Yes it would. if you have a credit card you can get a much better deal online.

if you're just getting headaches (which I was), it was just worth spending the 12 bucks (or whatever, it's cheap) to just get the via card. I popped it into my motherboard and it worked first time.

I'd recommend that.
