Missing channels on d box

Hi Guys,

I just moved into an apartment and it has a d box. I have most of the channels but channel four, sky one and sky 2 do not work. I was wondering if anybody could tell me why this might be. I'm living in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. I know you can update the box, ive done it on a starview before but with this I dont have a clue how to do it. Could anyone tell me maybe where you can download the updates and how to install them on the box.
