I know you say do not post any questions about loosing channels on my box but I am a senior new member and need to know if any of the links already posted are for Eurovox Max V. And are there any instructions.
Truely sorry if I am being a nuisance but my husband is pestering me to sort the box out and I am the only one able to use a computer.

Thank you so much for your speedy response. I managed to download file and put on to box and rescan box. All channels now back . You are a Star.
