i using with 3.2U now...is it good to upgrade..Wiikey 1.9S

If all you're doing is backups and not homebrew then you shouldnt have any problems so long as your games are truncha-signed. I would still not advise upgrading though as the end user agreement for 3.4 says that it gives nintendo the right to run future updates without informing us that they will be installed.
