i am using samsung sh-d162 with xbox backup creatot 2.8 and imageburn 5.0 and evrything goes fine and create an image file from the game by xbc 2.8 and then i burn it onto a dual layer dvd from imageburn but when i put it in the xbox it gives me a message saying " unrecognized disc..please clean the disc with a clean cloth and try again or restart console...but it does not work...anyone who can help me would be appreciated...

how new is the 360? Is the drive old? what type of media are you using? Are you sure your 360 has been successfully flashed to read backups?

never mind thanks very much mate.....but it worked i just had to click on full backup button on xbc2.8 and the select the dvd file after extraction to burn on disc by imageburner.....and now my games are safe...espeacially my precious HALO collection....thank you again....
