hey there i recently lost all channels so i did the whole restore factory settings and 1570 thing so normally when i exit out it should start updating and then its usually pops back on but now it just stays on updating at zero% can any body help do i need to update the software or what? and if i do which update do i use plz help!!

As yet mate the new software fix for you box is unavailable, just keep checking back here for info if and when it will be available.
