Least then you have it in you own order and can (most of the time) revert back to it after a flash.

Its worked for some but not all and few of us are having the prob where we saved our channel order before flashing then tried to download it back onto the box but it dont work.

OK Cheers!.. Ill give this a try after the update. I like the way the SV3 has the channels arranged just like NTHELL.. was hoping for the same, no big drama tho!.. being able to see slysp0rts is gud enough!.

hi i have managed to get the new firmware working and noticed that the channel list was like the one from the sv3 but the channel categories were all empty apart from the 'all channels' one. can this be changed so that all the channels are in the correct categories or not. thank you.

Ive heard that when you UPLOAD a channel dump, your box has to be in standby mode, then when applying it, its ok having it switched on.

I had same prob, saved my channel dump, tried to get it back on but it didnt work, kept factory resetting it so I gave up and sat in bed for an hour and done them again lastnight.
use channel data converter to modify file and upload. it works

Ive tried turning the box off and back on again but it hasn't yet sorted itself. i was wondering whether anyone else had this problem and whether or not i would just have to put up with it for the sake of having the channels back.

If you go to the eamos site 4 shared, click on the BOX then open FIRMWARE dated 9-07-2007 . inside that folder you will see THE BOX UK FIX dated 3-12-2008.
This is the file you want.

If it is the UK fix that you want for SV2 The Box, it is in Eamo's FTA Library, just go into the Folder The Box then Firmware and there it is at the top, The Box UK Fix Ver 4.55 051208 click in there and download, it comes with the GTRom 4.03 Loader.
