Xchange transfer kit problems

This is the program that allows you to transfer data from your PC to the console. I've attempted to install it several times but it won't recognize my memory card when I plug into the USB. I've installed/reinstalled the drivers 10x's but it doesn't work. anyone else have this seemingly incompatibility problem?

in response to my own question and for anyone else out there that is having this problem. Xport 360 V1.04 that comes with the xchange transfer kit DOESN'T work with newer hard drives on PC's. I had to download the V1.12 from codejunkies. it then recognized my memory card and the process of transferring the files begun. I wrote a comprehensive tutorial on this if anyone is interested in me posting it here.
