I know it may sound a newbie Question
But i cant change my LOCATION in the console it was QATAR but now i travelled to germany and cant change it.

The store doesnt work in qatar

Just make a new account and tell it that you live in the US, UK or Australia.

My advice is ring sony. I lost my password and couldnt retrive it because i forgot my "forgotten password" details lol
They said they would modify my account to a new password :)

I don't think you would lose you saved games due to that in you HDD already. Every time you put in a game disc it scans your HDD for any saved games. You are however right on the trophy part since trophies earned are associated with you PSN user ID. Unless theres a way that you can change your address in the PSN or unless you can call Sony and see of they can change your address for you. I will do some research and see if you can in fact change your address.
