Help needed to downgrade PSP OFW 4.05

Hi..I am having sony PSP slim OFW 4.05 with sony 4GB memory card & original battery.

I have seen a website where they can send Pandora Battery + Magic Memory Stick V7 [url=https://www.bargainpile.net/product_info.php?products_id=81] but it cost about £25 :(

Now my questions:
1) Any one have ever tried this way to install CFW ?
2) Once CFW is installed, do we need this Magic memory stick and Pandora battery again to play iso games ?
3) can I re use Magic memory stick and Pandora battery as regular usage ?
4) Which guide I need to follow to create my own magic memory stick on my sony original 4GB card. (so I can buy only Pandora battery)

Thanks in advance..I wish psp experts will help me out.
