I just used Smart Ripper to extract a DVD to my hard drive, but I'm not quite sure how to burn it onto a DVD-r. I have Nero v.6 with my burner.

it most likely needs to be compressed anyways, so download DVD Shrink, it will rip, compress, and burn (using nero) in one step.
