Flashing the firmware on the BenQ drive without floppy or usb thumb drive

As the topic states, I'm trying to flash my benq drive's firmware, but my pc has no floppy drive, and I don't have a usb thumb drive. I've found tons of tutorials explaining how to do so with one of these, but I've also found videos showing how to do so using some sort of cd-rom, but none of them seem to mention where to find, or what is burned onto, the disk. At least one says that info is easy to find, but after spending hours searching to no end, I hoped someone here might have access to that info, or could clear up whether this is even possible. Thank you very much for your help.

you can buy a floppy drive for 7 dollars .. . . ..

I do realize that is a solution, but I'd rather not wait for it to arrive if there was a way around it, like there seems to be.

theres a way to do this with a cd. just search for it. i believe its called ntsf4dos or something like that.
