is there a way to create wii backup and somehow check on the pc if it will work on the wii? because at this time i do not have access to wii.

Even if you could check to make sure it everything burned properly without any errors, theres simply no way to verify that it will work on the very picky wii DVD drive. Disks that work fine with a computer DVD rom often prove to be unreadable on the wii's.
