Now, the reason I ask this, is...
I've been reading up on the whole firmware hack, and burning/playing games.
I have a Mac (yeah.. y'all here probably hate Macs, but whatever. It serves me well) so I can't really do any of the necessary processes to enable my 360 to play burned games.
So.. since the main obstacle you have to overcome with playing burned games is the whole security check thing... I was wondering if it was possible to erase the data on a real 360 game disk, and re-write a new game onto it. That way.. the disk has a proper security code on it, and the game.
perhaps you should do some searching, as a mac can indeed burn 360 games. theres a thread thats about 20 pages long on here that tells you how to do it. something like "how to burn xbox 360 games on a mac with no parallels' or something like that.
yea the search button is pretty convenient for those that actually use it (very few people). and if you dont want to open up your 360 then your pretty much screwed as thats the only way to flash it.

i thought i answered that with my response of "no" ...
the reason you've probably not been able to track anything down is because its such an out of this world question ... i mean, there's so much wrong with it... everything about it is wrong...
first, you can't erase the disk.
second, even if you could erase the disk (which you can't) if you wrote another game onto it... the security sector wouldn't match the new game you wrote... so it wouldn't pass the security check.
finally... if you're unwilling to open the console you will never be able to play games you burn ... so the whole thing is a moot point and you're not going to get anywhere.. except for coming up with insane, illogical, ill-conceived ideas that have no basis in reality.
