Hi and thanks in advance to anyone that can help me!
Basically I flashed the new firmware, switched the box on and all the channels were working with sound EXCEPT I had no setanta channels. I then did a factor reset and an automatic scan - all the channels (including setanta) are back on but there is no sound in any of them. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I've rescanned a few times and pressed the 'audio' button on my remote and changed the setting but there is still no sound.
Very grateful if someone can tell me how to get this sorted!

Genius! I feel like a total moron! I've spent the last 3 hours trying everything and it was just the scart had to be pushed in! Cheers mate, thanks a million. What is odd though is that before I did the rescan the sound was working on the sky channels and only went afterwards but anyway, that's me sorted!
