just a tad confused about the whole banning thing
am i safe if i just go to the market place and download something on my ixtreme elite i have also played backups on my elite as a sidenote
if not ill just transfer my licenses to my unmodded system
also im downloading bk with the code i got with the bk nuts and bolts game and a crackdown update

it will eventually get banned, doesnt matter if you only dl content or play your heart out on live.
