Not really. The case, RAM and HDD are good, but there are several things I'd recommend changing:

Yes it might seem odd, but a 520W Corsair is a much better PSU than the 750W Ultra, and is ample for powering that system.

You already have a CD drive?

The Tower, Hard Drive, Fans , PSU, And Processor have been Ordered. MotherBoard And Card Are On Stand-By Fugured these would be "Questioned" More

This Card is the 8800 In a new "CASE" i heard just a bit Detuned. Is This True Or False ? If so there shouldnt be anything wrong with it seing 8800 can run anything i need and more!

Tiger Direct sell a lot of cheap motherboard and graphics bundles, and they're all crap, which is why I told you not to buy one.

Again, a 750W Ultra PSU will probably go bang before 500W. Corsair units will put out what they say they will. The wattage rating on a PSU is completely irrelevant.
