Re-scan of Digibox channels - now listed as TV **** etc

I've updated to the latest firmware and noticed i had a lot of duplicate channels. decided to clear the channels and rescan. Rescan completed but i've now got "TV 231" etc...and no channel names.

I searched the forums and noticed that old messages about weak signals. I've done the above routine before and never got "TV..." channel names and wondered if it maybe the patch. I've read that i have to do a factory reset and then i'm guessing reup the firmware. Can someone confirm or help me on this one please? Anyone else experience channel name loss after latest firmware? Thanks in advance :)
