has any one else had this xbox 360 been baned and it has never been opened not getting ant help from microsoft there just saying it has beend banned for vilating there terms and conditions and not saying how .well p---ed off
Just cause you never opened it doesn't mean it hasn't in the past.Read the forums around diff sites and you will see how many people will take back a modded console to walmart, and exchange it for a diff console.Atleast I wish if people did that they would tell them that it's Broke in some way that way it don't get put back on shelves.
I have seen this first hand happen. My buddy bought a New xbox from Wally World ,brought it straight to me from the store and to my surprise it had been opend as the sticker was already voided in the case wasn't tightend all the way.So I opend it up to see what was going on, and here it was a BenQ drive which just a week before could not be modded. But luckly it was just released so I flashed it and he still uses it to this day.
I am just saying that yours could have been tamperd with sometime before you owned it.
Your best bet is to keep calling and bitching, until you can either figure out why its banned. If it is infact banned b/c they think you tampered w/ it get them to let you send it in so they can check it is not tampered with.
Also did you buy this brand new from a store? or did you get it secondhand, and are there any marks on the back of the 360 by those little slits indicating it has been opened?

I'll do you one better. I bought an Arcade from Wal-mart and there was a old non HMDI core in the box. The console was the only thing that was swapped out. They 175w power supply in the box didn't fit that old core.
If you buy a console from Wal-mart it's a good idea to check it out before you leave the store, because SO many people have abuse them with bogus returns and obviously they don't check them out too well after they accept them.
