SV3 Missing channels?

I have updated my 2 x sv3's with the latest gt rom, however one has all channels and the other one is missing ch5,bbc3, sky1 etc.

Any advise please?

Note the Freqs of the missing channels from the b0x with all the channels & do a manual scan on the frequencies.
You should find them at the end of your channel list.
