This message came up when i turned on my starview this evening and it is staying at 0%.

Any ideas?

what starview have you got, look on the front and tell me what it says

Just says Starview on the left hand side and Digital Receiver on the right.

sorry to say but there is no new firmware out for your box at the moment, but just keep looking at the forums, you will find them in eamos at the bottom of most threads

hi, yes you do need new firmware, all went down about 3 weeks ago, hope it wont be long before one is out for your box which is a starview 1, just keep checking forums fingers crossed.

are you in the uk or ireland as uk went down about 3 weeks ago, if you are in the uk you can only have been watching fta channels

press menu 1570 and go to default key then press ok then exit to movies or sports channel and let it update, let me know how you get on

No it's still saying data is being updated but it's staying at 0%.

turn it off at the back and try it on bbc1

just before i head ill leave you this courtesy of moggser, quote ,try turn the emu off then go back to a station and you will get the scrambled bad channel bit then do the menu 1570 then hit the default key BEFORE you turn emu back on see how that goes for ya

Ok just tried it again and this times it still says Data being updated but now the 0% is changing. But it's gone beyond 100%.

And looking at it now, it's gone back to 0%.

Turn the b0x off at the back for a min, then turn back on & it should kick in on bbc1.
