Hi, I have a Eurovox Max - I think Black but could be red or blue.
It is the one that replaced the silver eurovox 2 but is black in colour.
Everytime I try to load the updated firmware onto it I get the same message all the time - This firmware will not fit this box!
I have flashed the box in the past so I really am stuck.....any ideas guys?
Thanks

That message is telling you that you are trying to use the incorrect firmware for your box, it means exactly what it says, so if you are trying to put on the Eurovox Max V firmware then it is not a Max V, but is a red or blue box. Have a look at the pictures here and decide what you have got okay then you will know what firmware that you require. (And if it does not say Max V on the front then it is definately Red or Blue) now if it is the blue, ensure that it is not a clone box. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Thanks for the info.
Looking at the pics I think the box is a blue - but could also be a clone without taking it apart.
I have tried to flash it with Max V, Red and Blue firmware and everytime I get the same message - incorrect firmware!
I have put the codes on manually and probably best to just keep doing it manually - if it aint broke why fix it.

Thanks again!

Yes you must have the latest clone firmware out for the BLUE box, there is only that one and that is obviously why you are getting that message, it is just as well, because sometimes it does go on and then your box is suddenly a doorstop. As you say if it is not broke then don't fix it. ;)
