I REALLY NEED HELP ALL MY CHANNELS HAVE BEEN DELETED ON MY EURO VOX MAX. HOW DO YOU ADD NEW ONES?

First of all knock off your cap key, make sure that you have a live feed in the RF in socket at the rear, turn your box and TV on.
Now press Menu and go across to Config, choose Clear Data OK and enter 0000 and choose Factory Default on your correct Symbol rate 6952 Telepest 6887 Aunti Hell press OK, when that is done press Ok to do a Power Scan, and all will be well. I you want more guidance the go to here >>>>>>>>>>>

IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW THE CHANNELS GOT DELETED I DID IT BY MISTAKE ON CLEAR DATA THEN ERASE ALL CHANNELS.
I AM COMPLETLY NEW TO ALL OF THIS. NOW WHEN I GO ON MY EURO VOX MAX ALL IT SAYS IS CHANNEL CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. AND WHEN I TRY AN AUTO SCAN IT SAYS NO TRANSPORDER TO SCAN.
PS:IM HOPE THAT HEPLS YOU HELP ME!
I CANT LIVE WITHOUT TELLY!

Listen, will you please turn off your caps lock, we do not communicate that way, it is shouting, so do it now please. I have told you what to do up above under your first (shouting post), and that is done manually, for a more detailed guide go to the link marked Eurovox at the bottom of my post and read down okay.
EDIT:- If you have Powerscanned on a symbol rate and found nothing then do it again on the other symbol rate okay, and it will pick them up if you get the correct symbol rate.

I have told you to change the symbol, so just calm down and start completely afresh, go back into Menu and Clear Data again, and choose the other symbol rate. And turn your caps lock off please

Thank you, now do as I have suggested, and start again, and choose your correct symbol rate, that is why it it not picking anything up, otherwise the only other reason is - you have not got the cable in the RF input socket.

ive tried both symbol rates now and nothing comes up when i do a power scan. it just says 'TP:000'. i also tried an auto scan and that says no transporder to scan.

Then you have to check the cable feed then, and make sure that it is live and is in the correct place, what is your location.

From the front it is the socket at the top right hand side okay, that is looking from the front, the one there is the RF socket.

Dohhh it will work now, just make sure that you have the correct symbol rate for your area and it will be fine, and in future try not to panick, you only get yourself in deeper okay. ;)

it still not workin, you must remember i have 0 chanels. my location is leicester. i think my symbol rate is 6.887?

Yes it is 6.887, Clear Data and do a Factory default on that symbol rate and then try it again, I presume that you do now have the Live cable feed in the correct place, RF in,

Okay, if you must!!! and you are welcome but as I have said, do not panic, if you need help then just ask and it will be available to you, just take your time when you are advised to do something alright, I did tell you that it would be okay if you did as advised, when you finally put the cable feed in the correct position lol ;) Pleased for you, now don't go doing it again and take care. ;)
