Help with black and white fuzzy screen

I have a NTSC Wii and i am trying to play a NON-Backup Wiifit PAL which i bought from the shops in australia

but whenever i try to play it(using gecko os and backup loader gamma)
i get black and white fuzzy screens

i have tried all the configs such as Force NTSC, Force PAL60, Force50


any ideas on how to make it colour??
