I've flashed my xbox360 with software...and its working fine because I can play burn games from my PC.

Since my xbox360 is already hacked I want to install Custom dashboard so that I can FTP into my PC to backup my original xbox 360 games. I download Auto Installer Deluxe 4.10 and Followed all the step to burn .iso ...here's what I did:

I download program..and used "AID ISO Updater PRogram" to make the iSO file.
then used DVD Decrypter to burn ISO file using DVD-R ...ISO was about 500 MB using Lowest Write speed...then I insert the disc into xbox360 console and I got the following error message "This is original xbox game and cannot play in xbox 360" ..so I ran update from MS website to play original xbox games and it was updated still cant load burn AID DVD That I made......I can play original xbox games but this ISO DVD won't load.

Did I do anything wrong? or is there a easy way of iinstalling custom dashboard so I can ftp into my PC for backup?

yeah, because if you did any sort of searching, you actually would have found that the 360 can't run unsigned code, hence the reason for no linux, hence the reason for no custom dashboards.

I did google around so much but can't find right answer. I know I need to install custom dashboard in order to FTP into my PC for backup. So I thought If I install AID that would consider as Custom dashboard ??

How can I install custom dashboard if I have soft-hack my xbox360? Please help me

I'm not even going to start here because almost the exact same thread is like 4 threads down on the xbox 360 topics 1st page. All i can tell you is if you are asking these questions after guesswho already answered you then you need to stop whatever you're doing and go back and read his response.
