I am running iextreme 1.4 now, with my samsung ms28. I didnt see anthing in the new firmware that is coming out that makes me think I need to update. Does it make playing on live safer? Did I miss that somewhere.

i believe it checks for bad angles and checks disc jitter better. people will tell you it is more safe but as to how much safer... not sure.
