Hey will their be any problems using the old 203w power supply with the new 360 which has a lower rated power of 150w?
just curious.

There is a little plastic piece that you will have to break off to allow the older power supply to fit a newer 360. It is located between the top and bottom row of connectors on the 360 (in the center of the plug). I used a small screwdriver and pressed from one side and it broke off easily. If I have done a poor job of describing the location let me know and I will send you a photo.

It's the newer power supply that doesn't fit with an old 360 not the other way around. Yes you can use the new 360 with your old power without issue. Think about it. When they send you a repaired 360 today it's a strong chance it'll be one that takes a 175w plug or less, but they doesn't send you a new power supply with it. Also when the Falcons 1st hit the shelves they often had 203w power supplies in the box.
