Hi dear, could anyone help me to unlock my samsung tocco mobile phone?
I have bought an unlocking code for my phone, but when i put a different sim to unlock, it's only allow me to make sos calls, which unable's me to key in all the characters of the unlocking code i bought.

The phone will have to be unlocked directly with hardware.
