I have a Starview box and have never had any problems at all, however Setanta Sports 1&2 and also the setanta golf channel have just totally stopped working. These are the main channels that have disappeared but some others such as More4 1hr etc have also gone. When the Setanta channels went I did an automatic scan as previously this has worked in finding lost channels however this didnt help. I did a full total factory reset and rescannes and still nothing at all it wont even find the golf channel. I live in teeside and am using NT HELL ! When doing an automatic scan a lot of the bars failed so I wrote the numbers downand manually scanned these frequency but still found no channels. Any help or ideas would be massively appreciated. I cant live without Setanta LOL

factory reset ,power off at back,on auto and emu to on is the way to do it,also make sure u scan from direct feed no splitters as u will lose channels,if tps are down for repair u will lose these channels for the moment.just to add u will get failed on a number of tps as they are blank=no info.

Cheers mate. Ive done the whole factory reset and EMU on.On and off at the back etc, Ive scanned it loads but on the frequency for these channels just says failed 0 programs found. I do use a splitter though as I have internet through it. Would I have to totally unattach my internet to be able to get these?

I'm having that same problem. Channels stop working so I do a factory re-set and re-tune them in. The channels that stopped working don't come back in at all. Sky Premier is gone as are all the Setanta channels.

Note the frequencies of the scrambled channels.
Delete them & do a manual scan using the freqs they were on.
You should find them at the end of your channel list.

Sound Advice noelyf... But Just To Note That I've Noticed All The Setanta Channels Have Moved... First They Moved To The BICS Channels... And Then Back (Under The Same Name), But They Are All On The Same TP... Whereas They Where Spread Over Several Before... On The Wirral Merseyside It's 354750Khz... Do A Manual Scan With That Frequency...

If You Still Can't Get Them Just Do An Automatic Scan (Don't Delete Current Channels)... And They Should Appear At The End Of Your Channel List (Along With Any Others That Have Changed TP Or Come Online Recently) Like SKY One/Two/Three/News Etc...

If Worst Comes To Worst Then Delete All Channels/Factory Reset And Rescan As eiregal Says...
