Hi, I'm new to this and have a problem with my eurovox max blue. I've bought a USB to Serial convertor and a 9pin female to female null modem cable. I've connected everything up to my laptop and box but my computer won't recognise or find the USB Serial convertor. I'm running off Windows XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you installed the drivers? If not, you can get them here:

Theres a guide on the right hand side of the page also.

Hi again. I need more help please with setting up. I've managed to get the computer to recognise the USB convertor but when I try to download firmware it runs off com3 but the USB Convertor is on com10 and I don't know how to change it. Does this make any sense?
