SONY PSP SLIM UNBRICKING ISSUE PROBLEM!! HELP!!

Okay i have a sony psp slim sliver that i am trying to unbrick. Now i have the pandora battery and i know all the process an the steps to unbrick this psp (did it many times before with no problems).

Now i am able to get to the menu of the bricking process where it asks you to "press X to start installing the 3.71 Firmware. It does all the steps and a the end it askes me to press X to shutdown. Seen it done several times before, but this time when i put back my normal psp slim battery an trying booting it, i don't see anything on my screen i just see the black light. When i boot it with the original slim battery, i do see it readying the memory card a bit for like 1 sec. But other then that i just see the blacklight seems like it is back to being bricked again. Any one can help me with this issue, this is the first time i ran into this kinda issue.
